Enquiries are saved in a private database for SWA to review and follow up. Vercel hosts the website and Neon provides the database. Contact details and enquiry information, including your audience, support interest, preferred next step, message, consent record, and reference, are also copied to SWA’s GoHighLevel (HighLevel) customer relationship management account for response and record-keeping. These service providers may process information outside your country. Your enquiry is not published on the website. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing or confirm a calendar appointment.
On the production website, SWA uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page views and Vercel Speed Insights for a limited sample of page performance signals. Measurement honors browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals, strips query strings and fragments, and only records allowlisted public page paths. It does not collect form values, custom events, session replay, or identity data. Local and test environments do not send measurement data.
The website uses hashed network and email identifiers to limit repeated submissions. It also uses a request identifier to avoid saving the same request twice if you retry. The enquiry record does not contain your raw IP address.
SWA retains enquiry details for follow-up and record-keeping. To ask about an earlier request, request a correction, or request removal, submit a general enquiry and include your reference number.
